One day food around Kayellleee ;p

The day started off in the afternoon as someone said someone is a pig as she won't wake till the sun has risen up high *eyes rolling*. The initial plan for lunch was another Ramen restaurant at Wisma Cosway, but the whole building is closed on Sunday, so we changed to somewhere nearby, as we're going for a movie at Pavi after lunch.

#Hakata Ippudo 一風堂 @ Pavilion, KL

As I was craving for ramen, so there we go, one bowl per person, stomach is full :) I have ordered
Kasaneaji Ramen, which served only seasonal and limited bowls per day :p The soup is absolutely yums! And you may choose the hardness for your ramen to be served: soft, normal or hard, I likey the soft one thou :p

They do have other sidedishes but we were too full for 'em, as we have a whole day of makan plan. Shall visit this place again for ramen :)

After lunch was movie time :) As dear and I say no to The Conjuring, so we chose Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters, by accident >< Did not heard of this movie or novel before this :p To me it's more like a teenager movie with some fantasy adventure. I'm liking Tyson the cyclops thou :)

After dinner would be dessert time! we head to Grant Hyatt for the famous signature cake :) The restaurant is located at the 38th floor having a 360 degrees landscape view of the city centre! Further, the live band is awesome as well! Super nice to have the companions of nice music and the amazing view when indulging ourselves in the desserts <3

Above: Thirty8 Signature cake - It a must try here so we had it. The cake is presentable next time i must instavideo it :p Love the combination of the cake with the caramel icecream, acceptable sweetness for me :)
Bottom: Banana, Pineapple, Coconut Crumbles with vanilla ice cream, which is dear's fav.

Penang,

It's all about food, the now-everyone-must-take photo-murals, and some relaxing time with the family :) Travelling during public holiday is big no-no for me, people mountain people sea everywhere we go, traffic jam, queue up for table and food and take photo (and seriously some people dunno how to QUEUE). Honestly I'm so not likey it, yet the family member may only travel together during this peak period, so yea, I'm taking this. Despite the annoying crowd, the foods are still good, and we were quite lucky few times in gettin seats in the restaurant :p Plus we have visited few nice cafe, which is my fav. Further, I'm so satisfied to throw myself into the nice swimming pool and bathtub :) So I shall conclude that I'm happy with the trip, after all time with family is the most important thing right!

Clockwise from the top left : the famous Penang road laksa, char kway teow, chendol and rojak; hearts this lil kitty mural; recent addiction - chasing korean drama in the middle of night, with tea and snacks ; bubbly bath time <3

How fast the time passes, it's ady mid-aug now! Arrrgh, time management!!

You keep telling me that I'm your weakness, and I guess you should know, you're mine too, fair enough.

Comment vas-tu?

Have been seeing this bridge quite frequent lately, in book, movie and drama. Even I've travelled to Paris twice, I still did not get the chance to visit here. Thou I have to agree that by attaching the padlock on the bridge and throw the key into Seine did not guarantee you a forever love and commitment, but I guess it's the love and affection at the moment of attaching the padlock matter the most.

(Pictures stealing from insta :p)

Perhaps there's a reason behind that why I did not get to visit Pont des Arts, or did not get to travel to Paris, with you. I guess I'd find it out one day, when I return to this city of romance :')

[Fyi: The French police have been known to patrol this bridge to stop keys from being thrown into the river.]

Je vais bien,
